The core infrastructure of the Microbiota Therapeutics Outcomes Program is supported by a University of Toronto Department of Medicine Integrating Challenge Grant.

There are three funded studies currently involved with the MTOP.

1. Long-term Measurement of Multidisciplinary Outcomes in Patients Receiving Fecal Microbiota Transplantation (FMT) in the University of Toronto Microbiota Therapeutics Outcomes Program (MTOP)
